I’ve been horribly lazy this year!
I know! THIS YEAR!
I don’t have any good excuses, I’ve been too busy doesn’t cut it.
But I’m back! and I intend to work my butt off to get back into shape and back to health!
Weighed myself today; 63.6 kg/ 140.214 lbs!
Not fantastic, but it’s a four hundred gram loss from last week.
I’m aiming to get down to a healthy weight of 54 kg/ 119 lbs; I’m only 5’2 or 158 cm so don’t worry; that is entirely healthy!
I am in desperate need of motivation at this point!
So, now to trawl the fitblr tag like there’s no tomorrow!
Will post what I’ve eaten today after dinner; expect me to be on here a lot more guys!
